Day 1: Arrive at Tangier
We’ll be delighted to welcome you upon your arrival at the airport or ferry terminal in Tangier and provide comfortable transportation to your hotel in the city. Your journey begins with us, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free transition to your accommodation in Tangier.
Day 2: Tangier – Chefchaouen
Following a delightful breakfast in Tangier, we embark on a journey to the enchanting town of Chefchaouen. Nestled amidst the picturesque Rif Mountains, Chefchaouen is a truly magical destination, reminiscent of a scene from the pages of a fairy tale. Its charming blue and white-washed Andalusian buildings exude an otherworldly beauty that captivates all who visit.
As we explore the town, you’ll find yourself wandering through narrow winding alleyways adorned with vibrant splashes of blue, creating a serene and dreamlike atmosphere. Be enchanted by the bustling market squares, where local artisans from the surrounding Rif region showcase their exquisite handmade crafts.
In the evening, we’ll indulge in a delightful dinner at a local restaurant before retiring to our chosen accommodation, be it a cozy hotel or a charming riad, where you’ll have the opportunity to unwind and immerse yourself in the tranquil ambiance of Chefchaouen. Prepare to be enchanted by the beauty and serenity of this magical town nestled in the heart of the Rif Mountains.
Day 3: Chefchaouen – Fez
Embark on a journey to Morocco’s most captivating city and the last surviving medieval city in the world. Our exploration begins with a guided tour of the bustling medina, where you’ll be immersed in the vibrant atmosphere of its souks (markets) and labyrinthine winding streets.
Our first stop will be at the grand gateway of the Royal Palace, adorned with magnificent golden gates and surrounded by lush gardens, offering a glimpse into the regal history of the city.
Next, we’ll visit the esteemed Karaouiyine Mosque and University, dating back to the 9th century and considered the oldest university in the world. Delve into its rich history and architectural splendor as we explore this revered institution.
We’ll then pay homage to the city’s founder, Moulay Idris II, at his majestic tomb, a site of reverence and historical significance.
Afterwards, we’ll savor a delectable lunch at one of the traditional restaurants nestled within the old medina, where you’ll have the opportunity to indulge in authentic Moroccan cuisine.
Following our culinary delight, our exploration of the old city continues, with visits to iconic landmarks such as the Najarine Fountain, the ornate gateway of Bab Boujloud, the enchanting old harem gardens, and the captivating Batha Museum, which showcases the rich cultural heritage of the region.

Day 4: Fez – Meknes – Ifrane – Azrou- Merzouga
Embarking from Fez, our journey leads us to the charming city of Meknes, with an enriching excursion en route to the nearby treasures of Volubilis and Moulay Idriss.
Our first stop takes us to the ancient ruins of Volubilis, a once-flourishing Roman city adorned with stunning floor mosaics and remnants of its glorious past. Delve into the history and grandeur of this archaeological site, marveling at its architectural wonders and rich cultural heritage.
Next, we visit Moulay Idriss, a sacred site and the final resting place of Morocco’s revered founder of the first imperial dynasty. For many Moroccans, this serene locale holds deep spiritual significance, drawing pilgrims to its grand tomb and adjacent mosque.
Continuing our journey, we arrive in Meknes, known as the smallest yet most welcoming among Morocco’s five imperial cities. The old quarter of Meknes beckons with its captivating blend of Oriental and Mediterranean influences, evoking a sense of timeless charm and allure. As we wander through its labyrinthine streets, the majestic city walls and ornate gates transport us back to bygone eras, igniting our imagination with tales of antiquity and splendor. Day 5: Merzouga – Rissani – Alnif – Tazarine – Zagora
Witness the mesmerizing sunrise over the vast Sahara Desert, a truly unforgettable experience! After soaking in the breathtaking views, indulge in a traditional Saharan breakfast before embarking on a camel ride back to your hotel, where you can freshen up with a refreshing shower.
Our journey continues as we depart for the Palm Plantation of Tafilalet, traversing through the historic town of Rissani, once the capital of the ancient Alaouite Sultans, steeped in rich Saharan heritage.
We then venture onward to Alnif, where a delicious lunch awaits, providing a taste of authentic Moroccan cuisine amidst the serene desert landscape.
Following our culinary delight, we follow the scenic route through Tazarine, N’kob oasis, and Tansikht, immersing ourselves in the natural beauty and tranquility of the Draa Valley with its lush procession of palm trees.
As we journey off the beaten path, we cross the rugged terrain of the Draa Valley until we reach Zagora, where we’ll be greeted with warm hospitality at our chosen Hotel or Riad. Here, we’ll enjoy a delightful dinner and spend the night, ready to continue our adventure in the enchanting Moroccan desert.
Day 6: Zagora – Ouarzazate – Marrakech
Following breakfast, our journey commences as we bid farewell to Zagora and set forth towards Ouarzazate, tracing the picturesque Draa Valley adorned with its myriad of palm trees and verdant plantations.
As we venture onward, we traverse through Agdez, a quintessential village nestled within this idyllic landscape, offering glimpses into the traditional way of life in this region.
Our path then leads us through the rugged Anti-Atlas Mountains via the majestic Tizi N’Tinifift mountain pass, boasting panoramic vistas at an elevation of 1660 feet.
Continuing our voyage, we proceed towards Marrakech via the renowned Tizi N’Tichka Pass, winding through the scenic terrain of the High Atlas Mountains.
Upon arrival in Marrakech, we settle in at our chosen hotel or Riad, where we’ll indulge in a delectable dinner and spend the night, rejuvenating ourselves for the adventures that await in this vibrant city.
Day 7: Marrakech – Essaouira
In the morning, we’ll immerse ourselves in the enchanting allure of Marrakech, starting with the awe-inspiring silhouette of the Koutoubia Mosque towering over the crimson-hued dwellings. We’ll then delve into history at the Saadian Tombs before exploring the opulent Bahia Palace, a testament to the architectural splendor of the late 19th century, now housing a captivating museum of Fine Arts. The labyrinthine souks beckon, offering an exhilarating shopping escapade through narrow alleys leading to bustling markets brimming with a kaleidoscope of goods.
Following a delightful lunch, we embark on a scenic journey to Essaouira, a former Portuguese enclave steeped in maritime heritage. Our route winds through quaint roadside towns and glimpses of rural Berber life. A haven for artists and musicians, Essaouira has drawn iconic figures like Jimi Hendrix and Bob Marley, serving as the inspiration for Hendrix’s classic “Castles Made of Sand”. Encircled by ancient Portuguese ramparts, the medina exudes charm, where silversmiths and wood artisans craft their wares. We’ll relish a delightful dinner and unwind in the comfort of a Hotel or Riad, soaking in the laid-back ambiance of Essaouira.
Day 8: Essaouira – Safi – El Jadida – Casablanca
Following breakfast, we’ll journey onward to Safi, renowned as the primary hub for Morocco’s sardine industry and celebrated for its exquisite pottery. Our route then leads us to Oualidia along the coastal road, offering breathtaking vistas of the azure waters. A delightful lunch awaits at a local restaurant, providing a taste of authentic coastal cuisine. In the afternoon, we’ll proceed to El Jadida, famed for its picturesque beaches and luxurious resorts. Our excursion includes a visit to the historic citadel, a poignant reminder of Portugal’s presence during the 16th century. After exploring the citadel, we’ll continue our journey to Casablanca, where we’ll enjoy a delectable dinner and settle in for the night at a Hotel in Casablanca.
Day 9: Casablanca – Larache – Asilah – Tangier
After a refreshing breakfast featuring freshly squeezed orange juice, baguette, and ripe fruit, we’ll embark from Casablanca towards Tangier, tracing the scenic Atlantic coastline to reach Asilah. Nestled as a quaint village known for its vibrant art scene and fishing community, Asilah charms visitors with its compact Medina, where houses painted in shades of blue and white line the streets. Following a satisfying lunch, we’ll journey onwards to our final destination, Tangier. Take the evening to explore the city’s delights before indulging in dinner and retiring for the night at a hotel in Tangier.
Day 10: End of the Tour
Following breakfast, we’ll provide transportation to either the airport or ferry terminal for your departure.
