Tour Description
Day 1 : Marrakech – Ait Benhaddou – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley
Your private Morocco tour starts driving from Marrakech towards Dades Gorges via the Tizi-n-Tichka Atlas mountain pass. We will visit Berber village of Telouet and also Ait Benhaddou – UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is a spectacular fortified village where we will enjoy lunch. This destination is very popular for film makers and lot of movies has been shot here. Then we head to Ouarzazate to visit movie studios , and we finish first day of our private Morocco tour in Dades Gorges, where we spend this night in local riad hotel.
Day 2: Dades Gorges – Todra Gorges – Merzouga desert and camel trek in Sahara desert
On second day of our private Morocco tour we will visit Dades Gorges and we drive towards Erfoud (capital of fossils and dates) , then Rissani and finally we reach Sahara desert in Merzouga. From Merzouga we ride camels into the sand dunes in Sahara desert. You will enjoy amazing sunset and we end up in desert camp – bivouac where we spend this night. You will have tasty traditional Moroccan dinner at campfire and you will enjoy this night in desert tent.
Day 3 : Merzouga desert – Agdez – Ouarzazate
Another day of our private Morocco tour starts with desert sunset. We climb high dune to watch the area. Then we ride camels back to Merzouga where we will have breakfast. Then we drive towards Ouarzazate. We will pass trough Berber villages on our way. We spend this nigh in Ouarzazate in local hotel.
Day 4: Ouarzazate – Tizi n Tichka mountain pass – Marrakech
On the last day of our private Morocco tour we leave Ouarzazate driving towards the High Atlas Mountains via the highest road pass in Morocco called Tizni Tichka at 2260 m above sea level. We will arrive to Marrakech afternoon/evening and our private Morocco tour finishes here.
